Crater Lake, which is also called Okama located in Mount Zao, Honshu Island. Located between Yamagata and Miyagi Perfecture,
this crater lake occupies the center of the most active volcanoes in the northern part of Honshu Island.
Interestingly, Crater Lake Okama also called "Five Color Pond" (五色沼) aka "Lake Five Color." This is because Okama change color depending on the season. 360 meters in diameter with a depth of 60 meters. Because of its beauty, the crater lake has become one of the most popular destinations in Japan.
