Harau Valley

Holiday Resolution


Harau Valley is located in the province of West Sumatra, Indonesia. Is a huge gap with a diameter of 400 m.
Walk towards the heavenly Harau Valley. With fresh air, you can see the beauty of the natural surroundings. Granite cliffs towering to the unique shape surrounding the valley. Cliffs of this steep granite has a height of 80 m to 300 m. Anyway, from the start when entering Harau Valley we will find a lot of spectacular beauty along the way. It is fitting that most climbers who have visited this place gave her the nickname Yosemite Indonesia. This place has long attracted people's attention. A Dutch heritage monument located at the foot of the waterfall Bunta Sarasah is evidence that Harau Valley has been frequently visited by people since 1926 .

At the monument stamped signature Dutch assistant resident at the time the Lima Puluh Koto, F. Rinner, and two Indonesian officials, Tuanku Laras Datuk Kuning nan Hitam and Datuk Kodoh nan Hitam.
