Quirinal Palace (in Italian Palazzo del Quirinale or simply the Quirinale) is the official residence of the President of
the Republic of Italy is located on the Quirinal Hill, the highest hill of the Seven Hills of Rome.
The palace, which is located in Via del Quirinale and the Piazza del Quirinale facing, built in 1573 by Pope Gregory XIII as a summer residence of the Pope. This place is also used as the location of the conclave in 1823, 1829, 1831, and 1846. The palace serves as the summer residence of the Pope and into the building where the central offices responsible for the civil administration to the Pope in 1870.
