Golden Gate Bridge

Holiday Resolution

Since completion in 1937 - over the next 37 years this bridge has been named the world's longest bridge. Golden Gate Bridge itself is
the result of a massive project launched by Franklin Delano Roosevelt to tackle unemployment and stimulate the American economy after the Great Depression. Golden Gate Bridge project to cost U.S. $ 27 Million Dollars and lasted for 4 years. The length of the Golden Gate Bridge is almost 2 km.

Two other projects are not less famous than the Golden Gate Bridge and built in the period of the Great Depression is building the Empire State Building in New York (which was the tallest building in the world for decades), and the Hoover Dam on the Arizona-Nevada border.
