Old Quebec City or sometimes known as the Land of Old Europe in the U.S. is the only city which borders Northern Mexico.
This is the place to witness how important the influence of European culture in America.

Thanks to the legendary French explorer (Samuel de Champlain) this is the old city with various buildings standing trend in the 17th century. Starting from the concept to some fortress gates used to control when the Americans. French influence is very strong in the history of the Old City of Quebec. Even the city has also been used as the capital of New France until 1760, before it became part of the independent territories of Canada. Similarly, if reasonable people there also speak French.

One of the buildings there is Quebec's Upper Town (Haute - Ville) is perched on a cliff and overlooking the St. Lawrence River. From the height of this building, you can see the beautiful countryside scenery, although the distance for miles outside of Quebec Upper Town. Who became an icon of Quebec's Upper Town itself is a fortress Chateau which is also part of the Grand Hotel. Although never changed several times, but this still dominates the city skyline ornament. While Chateau Frontenac remains the newest part of the architecture ville rich with many museums, churches, homes, and other buildings in the 1600s.
