Holiday Resolution
Agra Fort, also known as "Laal Kila" located in Agra, India. This place is listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO in 1983.
The fort is located approximately 2.5 kilometers from the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Designed and built by Akbar the Great, king of the Mughal Dynasty in 1565 AD. Because this amazing fort, Agra city is also known as the walled Palatial City. Agra was the capital of India in ancient times. This great fort built along the Yamuna river, the main river on the north side of India. Is one of the most important buildings of the Mughal dynasty which created the Mughal style of architecture and art.
Agra Fort consists of a wall that is 70 feet high, was built using red sandstone rocks along with other buildings in the area. The wall has two gates, called the Delhi Gate and the Amar Singh Gate. We can only enter the fort through the Amar Singh Gate. Once entered, at first sight we will see a vast courtyard. On the right side, we can see the space for the public spectacle with some of the pillars of the so-called "Diwan-i-am", which was built in 1628 by Shah Jahan, the Mughal dynasty kings. When we go farther, he saw a beautiful mosques, palaces and a market called "Zenana Mina Basaar". Most of the existing buildings within the fort is made of marble. The most impressive thing to see is the wall of the building, which is filled with water so that it can cool the room during the summer. We can call it as a conditioning room with ancient technology. The view from the balcony is amazing pavilium so that everyone will fall in love with the natural scenery.
